EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel a registration for an event, you must fill out the cancellation request form at the bottom right of the home page.


If your cancellation request is filed 8 or more days prior to event start, your registration charges will be credited back to your account. A $30 fee per person will be assessed if event registrations are below our contracted minimum.


If your cancellation request is filed 7 or fewer days prior to event start, your registration charges  MAY be credited back to your account at the sole discretion of the Longhouse. No credit shall be issued if event registrations are below our contracted minimum.


This policy exists to protect Tatanka Nation financially from cancellations that could push our attendance below our contracted minimum level. You agree to this policy at each event registration. This policy and the cancellation request form are permanently posted at the bottom right hand corner of the home page.


In the event of a cancellation, credits to your account are issued by default. Refunds will only be issued under special circumstances. Please explain as necessary in the cancellation form.
