EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

For cancellations up through 8 days prior to event start: You must fill out the cancellation request form at the bottom right of the home page. You will receive a credit for your registration cost minus a $30 fee for each member that cancels, including children. If attendance for the event is above our contracted minimum, the $30 fee(s) will automatically be waived. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  

For cancellations 7 or fewer days prior to event start: You must fill out the cancellation request form at the bottom right of the home page. If attendance for the event is above our contracted minimum, the Longhouse may, at it's sole discretion, issue a credit for your registration cost minus a $30 fee for each member that cancels, including children. This credit is not guaranteed.  If attendance for the event is at or below our contracted minimum, no credit shall not be issued. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

This cancellation policy exists to protect Tatanka Nation financially from cancellations that could push our attendance below guaranteed minimum event attendance. You agree to this policy at each event registration. This policy and the cancellation request form are permanently posted at the bottom right hand corner of the home page.
