- HOW DO I ADD AN ADDITIONAL CHILD TO MY MEMBERSHIP?
STEP 1: Go to your member profile and select "GROUPS/ADDITIONAL MEMBERS"
STEP 2: Add your additional child and checkout with payment.
- HOW DO I RECEIVE CHAT NOTIFICATIONS IN THE APP?
STEP 1: In your profile screen click to view/change your channel memberships under Mobile App tab.
STEP 2: Click on the pencil icon to edit
STEP 3: Check box to "SEND CHAT NOTIFICAITONS" and click save.
- WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES FROM TATANKA NATION?
STEP 1: Click "Basic Member Information" in your member profile.
STEP 2: Make sure the check the box to agree to receive Tatanka Nation texts.
- I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND AN EVENT & NEED TO CANCEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
STEP 1: Log in to your profile and select "EVENT HISTORY"
STEP 2: Click on the trash can to cancel your event registration.
STEP 3: Complete the "REFUND REQUEST FORM" found in the footer of the website.
- WHERE CAN I BUY A VEST FOR PATCHES?
We have purchased vests from this provider on Etsy and have had tremendous experience.

ORDER VEST HERE - WHAT IF I'M BRINGING SON & DAUGHTER TO CAMPOUT? ARE THERE CO-ED CABINS?
Yes. When you register for a camp, there will be a question asking if you need co-ed cabin sleeping arrangements.
Simply answer "Yes" to that question and you will be assigned to the co-ed cabin(s).
